What happens here
This project details the process of mowing a severely overgrown lawn at an abandoned house that has received a code violation. It includes an initial property assessment, discovery of a code enforcement order, and discussions on the risks and legal considerations of performing work on someone else's property without explicit permission. The project culminates in successfully mowing the entire property and uncovering various abandoned items.

in violation pursuant to blah blah blah i don't see anybody in here i see a window knocked out this does not look hello anybody home that's that chocolate pudding on the wall i hope that's chocolate pudding can't really say it's a abandon i see lights on oh there's a bird living in it i just saw a bird take off but there's lights on i don't see anything wrong with this house hopefully i don't find a dead body that's the thing i don't want to find yeah there ain't nobody oh geez the door is open hello oops the door popped open all by itself i did not do that hello all right guys i couldn't get a hold of anybody but we're just going to go for it i don't recommend you do it unless more any more often than you have to because i actually got sued once for doing something like this and i lost i got sued big time i have mowed more lawns for free with this mower than i've done to get paid this is the third free lawn i've mowed hopefully i don't get in trouble for it i started to say earlier that uh i actually did some free work on a job we were installing a really big boulder retaining wall and the neighbors timber retaining wall was actually laying on top of the work we were doing so to do the job we had to take out a few of the timbers and they were completely rotted away of the neighbors so that we could build everything and get it really tight and net the neighbor that we did that sued us for 9 000 because we didn't get permission first although we were taking out a rotten retaining wall we never got permission to do it so to do something like this is risky you just never know if people will be appreciative or try to take advantage of you i'm not a big fan of doing free jobs for people without getting strict permission first because of the story i was just telling you about but let me explain it just a little bit further exactly what happened we were building a boulder retaining wall here the neighbors had a timber retaining wall here except for two actually technically would be three timbers laid on top of this retaining wall that we had to replace now their timbers were across the property line but here's where i made my mistake instead of just snipping off just the end that was across the property line so that i could bump mine up i opted to remove all three of these timbers because they were rotten and disintegrating and if i just snipped off the end the timbers would have never butted up tight to my boulder retaining wall would have created a gap and an issue down the road so i removed these three timbers put three brand new timbers in place and got sued nine thousand dollars for doing it and lost because i didn't get permission true story can't make this stuff up you know cutting a lawn like this will take me five minutes and cost me five dollars in fuel and if the city comes in and do it they'll charge this guy a couple hundred bucks yeah maybe take me longer than five but i guess the point is it's not that big of a deal so why not do it oh god i can't stand man allergies holy buckets i can't see nothing buried in this lawn it's so thick oh we got a special guest dan the man is back how you doing buddy there you go shut the front door i know it is thank you sir this house is abandoned oh really and i think there might be hoarders living in here will you come here and check it out with me and this door's wide open hello hello feels like the air conditioning's on in here i mean the lights are on what's that i don't know how much they want for it oh good call because the bones look good mike from stone cold countertops told me something that bad bad time to buy i should probably wait a year and then he told me that the goal of every business owner is to buy real estate that's that's what he said and he owns six airbnbs in hawaii now and he started out living in a camper trailer with no electricity no running water on the side of a river in 1989. anybody need a free phone case looks like it might be around this house looks like i missed the spot there a good shovel a mop and whatever else was left oddly abandoned in this house which really is in a kind of an upper-class neighborhood and then if any of you guys need an old aquarium if you want that hit me up in the comments down below it looks like right now it's just being used to store some mops right there but i'm sure ralph your painted turtle would love to have that just set the mops to the side maybe spritz some fresh water in there and he'll be a happy camper as long as he's a mud turtle that's all i got for you on this one you
