What happens here

The video showcases heavy snow removal operations performed by large loaders equipped with snow pushers at night. The narration focuses on strategic business decisions regarding the acquisition of such equipment: whether to buy, rent, or lease. It details how larger, seasonal equipment is typically leased to minimize financial burden, while smaller, more versatile equipment might be purchased, with the expectation of recovering 100% of the purchase cost upon resale. The video is a commentary on equipment management and financial strategy within a business context and does not provide any instructional content or visual information related to 'Tools > Tool Storage & Organization > Mobile Tool Cart Construction > Custom Tool Cart Creation with Specialized Compartments'.

After 35 years of running a company, we've dialed in when we buy, when we rent, and when we lease equipment. On larger loaders like this one, it's always a lease because it keeps the financial burden off from our records year round when this is just a seasonal piece of equipment. But when it's a smaller piece of equipment that we find we could get some extra use out of, then we'll go ahead and purchase that piece of equipment, such as this mechac loader you see coming up next. But you must purchase it the right way, because there is a wrong way and a right way to pick up any piece of equipment. Let me dial this in a little bit further. When you purchase a piece of equipment the right way, the acquisition cost of that piece of equipment can go all the way down to zero. Meaning you will have the daily upkeep and maintenance on that piece of equipment, but the actual cost of that piece [music] of equipment will not affect your bottom line in any way, shape, or form. Let me clarify this even further. When you buy a piece of equipment the [music] right way, you can sell it and recover 100% of your purchase cost. And I've done it and I'm going to share it in a fulllength YouTube video coming out on my channel. But what do you guys do? rent, lease or buy? Or do you use all three in combination?
