I Built a $3,000 DIY Outdoor TV Console

What happens here

The newly constructed side panels are carefully aligned with the main front and back panels. Wood glue is applied to all mating surfaces, and the Domino tenons are inserted. The panels are then clamped together, ensuring tight, square joints. Once the main box is assembled and the glue is dry, the bottom panel, which has pre-drilled pocket holes, is attached. Pocket hole screws are driven into the bottom panel and into the lower edge of the console box frame, creating a strong and concealed attachment. Braces are installed inside the console to support the bottom panel, preventing it from dropping down and allowing it to be secured level.

Goal: The main console box is assembled by joining the various panels, and the bottom panel is securely attached using pocket hole screws, ensuring structural integrity.
