Reposition and Weld Spring Mounts

What happens here
The final structural repair involves repositioning and welding the spring mounts. A skid steer (Gehl RT210) with pallet forks is used to carefully lift and maneuver the unroller, allowing access to the underside for welding the spring mounts in their correct position. The presenter explains that the previous incorrect placement of the spring mounts caused the springs to break. The new mounts are positioned to allow only about one inch of play, reducing stress on the springs. After welding, the springs are installed, and the welded areas are immediately painted with Rust-Oleum Hammered spray paint for corrosion protection.
Goal: Install new spring mounts in the correct position to prevent future spring breakage.
