I Bought an Abandoned Man Lift… It’s Worse Than I Thought!

What happens here

After repairing the hydraulic line and charging the batteries, attempt to drive the lift using the platform controls. If the lift barely moves or the main hydraulic pump motor makes a sizzling/cracking sound, this indicates a problem with the motor. Manually try to turn the motor's fan blades with a screwdriver to see if it's seized. If it turns, there might be a 'dead spot' in the motor's windings.

Goal: Diagnose issues with the main hydraulic pump motor
