Clean Excess Mortar and Tighten Levelers

What happens here

Once a section of tiles is laid and spacers are in place, clean up any visible excess thin-set mortar that has squeezed out between the tiles or on the tile surface using a sponge. Then, install the blue caps of the Fastcap leveling system onto the risers. Lightly tighten these caps by hand to pull the tiles together and level them. Make a final pass, tightening each cap to ensure all tiles are completely level and flush with each other. This creates a smooth, even surface.

Goal: Ensure tiles are clean, level, and consistently spaced.
