How to Sharpen Brush Hog Blades! Perfectly Balanced and RAZOR SHARP!

What happens here

After sharpening both blades, re-weigh them using the digital scale. Compare their weights to ensure they are within an acceptable tolerance of 1 to 2 ounces (approximately 30-60 grams). If one blade is still heavier, use the angle grinder to carefully remove small amounts of material from the back or non-cutting edge of the heavier blade until both blades are balanced. Avoid removing too much material from the cutting edge to prevent weakening the blade. If the weight difference is too large (e.g., a pound or more), consider replacing the blade entirely.

Goal: Achieve a balanced weight between the two sharpened blades.
