Use a 2.5-inch angled sash brush, like the Purdy XL-Glide, which is recommended for its performance on semi-valley textured surfaces with thinner paints, such as Sherwin Williams Promar 200 Lo-Sheen eggshell. Ensure that drop cloths are used on hard or slippery floors to prevent the ladder from sliding. The ladder used in the video is an Xtend+Climb, which features non-slip feet; however, if using a regular extension ladder, additional precautions like non-slip drop cloths are crucial to prevent accidents.
