How to make $90 per hour harvesting fence post on the farm

What happens here

After the tree is on the ground, the presenter proceeds to delimb the trunk, cutting off all branches close to the main stem using the chainsaw. Once the trunk is clear of branches, he uses a tape measure to mark out 8-foot sections along the length of the trunk. He then uses the chainsaw to cut these measured sections, or 'buck' the log, creating individual fence posts. Smaller, straight sections of branches might also be processed into smaller posts or other wood products.

Goal: Process the felled tree into uniform fence post lengths.
