How To Bid Paint Jobs: The Secret to Painting Estimates in 2020. My Secrets Revealed!

What happens here

Upon finalization, the comprehensive estimate, typically in PDF format, is immediately dispatched to the client via email. This digital delivery method ensures rapid communication and eliminates the logistical challenges of physical mail. Shortly after sending the email, the office manager, Lisa, conducts a proactive follow-up call to the customer. The primary purpose of this call is to confirm successful receipt of the estimate, as digital documents sometimes end up in spam folders. It also provides an opportunity to address any immediate questions the client might have and offers further consultation. This includes scheduling a direct conversation with the lead painter (Chris) to discuss the proposal in more detail or arranging a color consultation once the estimate is accepted, thereby providing excellent customer service and streamlining the conversion process.

Goal: Ensure successful delivery of the estimate and facilitate client engagement towards project acceptance.
