How Maple Syrup Is Made! Virginias only Organic Maple Syrup Farm!

What happens here

After concentration by the reverse osmosis system, the 'sweeter water' (concentrated sap) is transferred to a smaller holding tank. From this tank, the concentrated sap flows via gravity through a pipe directly into a large, multi-chambered evaporator. The evaporator continuously boils the sap, allowing water to evaporate and progressively increasing the sugar concentration. As the sap moves through the various chambers of the evaporator, it thickens, and at the final stage, it emerges as finished maple syrup.

Goal: Concentrated sap is gravity-fed into a multi-chambered evaporator where it is boiled down until it reaches the consistency and sugar content of maple syrup.

water that comes out of it, and then it sends it back over to that smaller tank. And then via gravity comes out into that pipe and into the evaporator. Evaporator is multi-chambered. Right. Right. And then at the end uh of these multi-chambers, this is where our maple syrup comes out. So, what we're doing now is we're mixing some of the syrup, which is hot, with a diatomaceous earth, and
