Assess Extreme Weather Conditions

What happens here

The video begins with the farmer introducing the extreme heatwave and drought conditions affecting his farm. He states the temperature is 100 degrees Fahrenheit, but feels like 107 degrees Fahrenheit, with a heat index advisory. He explains that these conditions impact his cattle, chickens, and garden, and discusses the challenges, such as a severe drought preventing hay growth and delaying garden planting. This initial assessment sets the stage for the daily farm management tasks required during such weather.

Goal: Understand the current weather challenges for farm operations.
