Frame TV Opening with Blocking

How do we feel about the TV being recessed?! 😎 #outdoorliving
What happens here
Once the main vertical frame is established, determine the desired height and width for your outdoor TV. Cut and install horizontal blocking to create a header and a sill for the TV opening. Add cripple studs or additional vertical supports as needed, extending from the sill to the bottom plate and from the header to the top plate, to fully frame out the recess. This framing is critical for providing a sturdy attachment point for the TV mount and ensuring the recess is perfectly sized for the chosen display and an articulating mount.
Goal: Integrate horizontal blocking and additional vertical studs to define the exact dimensions of the TV recess, including a header and sill, and provide structural support for the TV mount.
