How Chris Became a Painter, The Paint Life Story

Watch on YouTube

What happens here

After receiving his severance package, he moved back to Idaho with his wife and child. During this time, his childhood friend, who had encouraged him to move to Idaho previously, was working as a painting apprentice. After three months of convincing, the friend agreed to start a painting business with him. This marked the birth of B&K Painting, named after 'Barry and Kinley' (the speaker and his friend). He notes that at the time, he had no painting experience, and his friend only had limited masking and prepping experience, emphasizing that they started from the ground up.
