Throw the Rescue Bag

What happens here

With the half cinch securely on your wrist, grasp the black strap of the rescue throw bag. This strap provides a firm grip on the bag itself. Once ready, shout a warning (e.g., 'Rope coming through!' or 'Coming through!') to alert anyone in the vicinity. Then, with a strong, underhand or overhand motion, throw the bag towards the person or object you are trying to reach. The rope will automatically uncoil from the bag as it flies through the air.

Goal: Effectively deploy the rescue throw bag to a target.
