Hidden treasure in a log! She finally realized why I bought a sawmill!

What happens here

After the log is secured on the sawmill, the debarker is activated. The electric motor with its carbide-tipped blade moves along the log's surface, scraping off bark and loose debris. This crucial step prepares the log for the main saw blade, preventing damage to the blade from embedded dirt or rocks in the bark. The log is then rotated using the hydraulic log turner to expose the next surface for debarking or cutting.

Goal: Prepare the log surface and position it for cutting
