Help renovate my garage!

My garage slows me down, and as you can see, it is a complete mess, but we have one problem. It's a small garage. It's 24 wide, 32 deep, 8 tall. I got a lot of ideas to change this garage into something amazing, but I want to hear from you guys. Go ahead and drop it in the comments section below. Here's what I'm thinking. 12 by 12 weld shop, bar area, bin [snorts] storage on top, the same one that Garage Beards did. I want a rack for car parts, a rack for wood. I want to move my toolbox over there with a woodworking area. Want to do upgrade electrical, lighting, compressed air lines running throughout. Paint the walls, new metal on the ceiling, garage floor coating. I want to turn this into the most badass garage that the internet's ever seen. So, if you guys have a badass two-stall garage, DM me pictures of it, and drop ideas down below. What am I missing? What do I need? What is something you guys have done that have helped you? Just put this garage to real work, turn it from a DIY garage weekend warrior into a full-on tradesman garage that's going to go crazy, right? So, without further ado, I'm going to start stripping this thing down and getting it ready for paint, but let's get after it.
