What happens here
With the gutter sections prepared, carefully lift and position them along the fascia board of the patio roof. Use a ladder or scaffolding for safe access. Attach the gutters to the fascia board using appropriate gutter hangers, typically hidden hangers, which provide a clean aesthetic. Space the hangers according to manufacturer recommendations, usually every 2-3 feet, and screw them securely into the fascia. Ensure a slight downward slope (pitch) of approximately 1/4 inch per 10 feet of gutter towards the downspout location to facilitate proper water drainage. For any corners on the roof, pre-assembled mitered corner pieces or field-cut and sealed sections are installed, ensuring watertight connections.
