Had to bring out the Paver Sucker 3000 for these big slabs!
What happens here
Once the paver is perfectly aligned and resting on the bedding material, it's time to release the vacuum. Locate the vacuum release mechanism on the lifting frame or backpack unit (it might be a valve or a switch). Activate the release, and you will hear the vacuum dissipate, allowing the suction plate to detach from the paver. Carefully lift the frame straight up, ensuring it clears the newly placed paver without disturbing its position. Once the lifter is free, move it away from the installed paver and prepare to repeat the entire process for the next one. This method allows for quick, repetitive installation with minimal physical strain on the installers.
Goal: Detach the vacuum lifter from the placed paver and prepare for the next installation.
