What happens here

With the concrete roughly spread, perform a more precise pass with the power screed. The operator should walk backward, steadily guiding the power screed blade across the wet concrete. The vibrations generated by the power screed help to consolidate the concrete, remove trapped air, and bring a fine layer of cement paste to the surface, resulting in a flatter and denser slab. Ensure overlapping passes to avoid any uneven spots.
