What happens here
Once the truck is safely supported and the lug nuts are pre-loosened, use the lug wrench to completely remove all lug nuts from the old wheel. The video shows the truck with the new wheels installed and the old wheels (gray, 6-spoke design) visible on the ground, implying their removal. Carefully pull the old wheel straight off the wheel studs. If the wheel is stuck, gently tap the back of the tire with a rubber mallet to loosen it, being careful not to damage the wheel or tire.
Goal: Detach the old, factory-installed wheels from the GMC truck.
