Get the PERFECT Spray Pattern! Airless Sprayer Tips

What happens here

Roll out a fresh sheet of paper to create a clear testing surface. Using a high-production tip, set the sprayer pressure to an extremely low level, around 700 PSI, which is below the recommended HEA mark. Spray a vertical line onto the paper. Observe the resulting pattern, noting the visible 'fingering' at the edges of the spray, indicating inadequate pressure for the tip and paint consistency.

Goal: Demonstrate the effect of insufficient pressure on a high-production spray tip, which leads to a poor spray pattern characterized by 'fingering' (streaky edges).

alright so I've done some testing right now I'm just gonna roll my paper now get fresh sheet a paper right here and this tip is typically once to run in higher pressures it's a high production tip I have the pressure set at its all the way down on below the hea mark so it's really extremely low it's at around it looks like about 700 psi so I'll spray that and that would probably be that's almost good for a say a Titan HEA tip but this is a regular high production tip so now I just sprayed and you can see I've got fingering right here and that fingering is more than likely related to a lack of pressure you know
