What happens here

Begin by taking an inch and a half wide, orange-colored Frog Tape. Carefully apply the tape to all drawer guides within the dresser's frame. The goal is to cover these metal or plastic guides completely to protect them from the clear coat, as overspray could affect their smooth operation and the drawers' ability to run properly. This specific tape is noted for its higher tack, making it suitable for adhering to surfaces that might be slightly oily, like metal guides.

Goal: Before applying any finish, the drawer guides of the dresser are carefully masked off using painter's tape to prevent overspray and ensure their proper function.
