Assess original drywall anchors and brackets

drywall anchors. They failed us. So, my wife bought these floating shelves, and we were going to put them right here. Well, I got a couple of issues here. One, there's only one stud between here and there. These little drywall anchors that this comes with, they're not great. I put the one stud in. I put four more in thinking that would be enough, and that's still not setting up straight. I went with these little plastic toggles.
