What happens here
Once the hinge pin has been tapped sufficiently upwards and its head is exposed, grasp the exposed head firmly with your fingers. Pull the hinge pin completely out of the hinge. The door will then be free to be removed from the frame.
Goal: Completely remove the hinge pin
