Fixing a sagging tailgate!

What happens here

After removing the old lift support, wipe down the exposed ball joints on the vehicle's frame with a clean rag to remove any dirt, grime, or old lubricant. Apply a small amount of penetrating lithium grease (like PB Blaster Penetrating Lithium Grease) to each ball joint. This type of grease is thicker and less likely to attract dust compared to thinner lubricants. Ensure the ball joints are well-coated but not excessively greased.

Goal: Before installing the new lift supports, it's essential to clean and lubricate the ball joints to ensure smooth operation and prevent premature wear.
