What happens here
Begin by carefully extending an aluminum extension ladder to the desired height. Ensure the ladder is fully extended to comfortably reach the highest point of the eaves or trim you intend to paint, allowing at least 3 feet of ladder to extend past the edge of the roof. Then, walk the ladder into position, leaning it against the side of the house near the painting area. Confirm the ladder is stable on a firm, level surface and angled correctly (approximately a 75-degree angle from the ground to the wall). For added safety, ensure the ladder is not placed over any uneven ground or near any electrical wires.
Goal: Safely position the extension ladder to access the exterior trim and eaves.
