What happens here
After pressure washing, allow the fence to dry completely. This typically takes 24-48 hours, depending on weather conditions. Once dry, apply the 'EXPERT STAIN & SEAL CAPE CODE GRAY' product. This can be done using a paint sprayer for efficiency, a roller for larger flat areas, or a brush for detail work and hard-to-reach spots. Ensure even coverage, working with the grain of the wood. Avoid applying too much product in one area to prevent drips and uneven finish. For optimal protection and color, a second coat may be necessary after the first coat has dried according to manufacturer instructions. Remember to protect surrounding plants, surfaces, and property from overspray or drips using drop cloths or painter's tape.
Goal: Apply a protective and decorative stain and seal to the fence
