SprayIt Pro 21 Review | Sprayers NOT To Buy!

so today I'm going to be uh unboxing a new sprayer that I've never actually used before so here it is it is the um spray it pro21 and I went and looked it up I got some information about it a small compact airless rare has something unique about it you can flip it upside down really easily so we're going to open it up show you what it's about and then I'm going to test it and let you know whether this is an airless rare option that you know for to buy now looks like looks very familiar with um gosh a lot of airless sprayers I use it's got an onoff switch up top it's got the pressure regulator on the back doesn't have a digital readout to tell you exactly what the pressure is um we've got our Prime valve right here nothing unusual um same thing just telling you um just typically how to run an airless Square which I already know what how it would do let's just put this thing together so you can look at it together so at first you know first look it looks uh very similar if you know if you're watching this video I'd be interesting what sprayer does this sprayer look like to you there's several major manufactures of sprayers out there does this look familiar does it look completely unique plastic definitely it's not an industrial plastic it's a very looks like inexpensive plastic um I think you know one thing you know in order to have this sprayer when I looked it up it was $750 in order to have a sprayer $750 you're going to have to cut cost someplace to make it affordable and I would assume that would be one of the places you can cut cost well look at the front of it it's got this whole lower end looks extremely familiar I want to tell you who it looks like want you to you people in the comments are familiar with airless rares let me know who it looks like one thing I read and I'm going to do it right now now I read that it has a very unique handle design which is this right here here's your handle that makes it so you can actually set it upside down and store it upside down so I can set the sprayer upside down and I can actually store it like that and my first thought was why the heck would I want to store it upside down what AM my thoughts was all the oil is going to pour right out of the Piston Reservoir all of my sprayers so I'm not sure I want to store it upside down but what I heard what I read was you can take off your intake to now you can pour pump protector right down in here and fill it up with pump protector and it'll keep it from corroding and I thought that actually makes a whole lot of sense because when it's turned upside down the other way you know nothing is actually there's just a ball that you know would hold any fluid in there it's probably all just going to leak out into your intake tube over time and then that's all going to be left you know without any fluid any protector in it and it could actually corrode over time I know that does actually happen because when my sprayer is set for a long period of time that ball does corrode and get stuck in there and that could be why because you don't have you know fluid you know down in there keeping it from corroding but my big concern is all the oil inside the reservoir that lubricates the piston and the Piston packings is all going to now leak out spill down my sprayer so it's kind of an an interesting thought interesting design I do like the handle itself um fact that the handle itself you got multiple ways you can grab it by you can grab it two hands you can grab it one hand kind of cool the feet and stuff they the feet and handle does actually look pretty strong does it look a low quality like some of the do-it-yourself sprayers in your local hardware stores um so that's kind of cool looks like it's you know would be take some abuse of a back of a painters van you'll bounce around getting kicked around for $750 when you compare it to some higher-end you know um you know small airless sprayers see like a trch T3 or trch T4 you know you're talking you know somewhere in the range 12200 um 11,00 $1,300 in order to save costs you're going to have to save costs by you know cutting cost someplace I mean this is definitely not industrial plastic I kind of don't like that it's kind of like a cheap toy plastic this seems like it can break really easily I think it's now just time to like we got to run some water through this thing and see how it sounds so here we go I'm going to turn it on we're going to prime it like any airless sprayer I'll just hit the Prime valve the prime then away we go I can't stand so it does come with a uh four-fingered gun can't stand four-finger guns had a gun just like this identical from another sprayer I cut it off to a two-finger gun so here we go we're going to prime for a second that didn't sound so good I thought it was um air coming out of the the gun tip so it stopped and it sealed I thought water was going to go shooting everywhere but it didn't may you a better better um put a test before I put a tip on it first so that seems like that is like a full pressure so leing okay we're leaking it's a good thing we tested it with water first not paint well that's as tight as I can go that's leaking out of there check that again make sure it's definitely leaking right there I've never had a spare that I've tooken out of the box that leaks all over the place but I never had to attach my hoses either it's leaking out of the Prime tube the prime tube connect that's pretty snug now I'm starting irritated nothing like troubleshooting a brand new sprayer I'm missing something all right time back downstairs and extremely frustrated so um here the packaging tools are still down here I took the sprayer out you know simply just to run um some water and pump protector uh through it just to hear it run um so you can see it spray water leaking from the lower end water leaking from the the prime tube man there's no nothing like I would say if I was in a job site and I hook that thing up to spray if I bought it and it was my first airless sprayer cuz I was trying to save money and um I just loaded up with paint paint was leaking everywhere I'd be just mad I mean if it leaked on my drop cloths if it leaked if I was doing an interior it leaked on the driveway I don't know you eventually you'll figured out the lower end has a nylon seat on it that had a little scratch on it I could actually feel the scratch and it had like a little tag that was sticking up from something that scratched it and I was trying to pick that tag off you know and peel it off but you know I didn't think it would resolve the problem I pulled it off I could still feel the scratch and put it back together and it still leaked I'm not sure I don't think it's missing anything else cuz I got almost another identical sprayer I looked at it has this almost identical lower end so I think it's just simply that um see that out of scratch you know and if it was just tested with you know water or even pressure tested you know with air before it went out you know somebody would have heard it a leaking air would I recommend you buying one of these sprayers um you know no you know if you want a sprayer that's going to last you want a sprayer that's going to give you good results you know um there's other sprayers out there you're going to have to pay several hundred more but you're not going to run into these same problems I will be contacting them trying to get that seat that nylon seal trying to replace it and um seeing if we can get it up and spraying paint so we can show you it's spraying paint but right now I've got um solvent nasty chemicals all over my hands and I'm really irritated so so I just going to give you you know a few of my final thoughts you know on this sprayer so um I replaced the nylon um seat that's down in there I tried to get them to send me a new one they wouldn't respond to my emails so I think about a month you know later um after multiple emails and getting a little upset you know somebody finally responded and they sent me a new sprayer and I think it might have been you know two months down the road so I didn't test the sprayer out you know and spray with it um because I just got too frustrated with trying to deal you know with their customer service and trying to deal with this sprayer that um didn't spray so not something I would purchase in my opinion you know so um there you have it straight from me um it's going to the trash because they won't send me parts for it and I don't know how you can get parts for it so um spray at 21 you're going to find yourself in the dumpster sprayer is not worth buying spray pro21
