Farmer digging....finds a buried house? What is this mess?

What happens here

The process of digging trenches is initiated, with segments showing both the large Woods BH100 backhoe on the John Deere tractor and manual shoveling by a person to clear the trench. After the trench is partially dug, sections of black poly pipe are carefully laid into the trench, following its contour. A brief visual also shows a land plane beginning the backfilling process, providing a preview of later steps.

Goal: Begin digging the water line trenches and laying the initial sections of poly pipe.
