What happens here

Josh, the Stoney Ridge Farmer, welcomes viewers to a tour of his 150-acre farm. He highlights areas like the garden plot where cover crops have died back, explaining that the soil remains covered. He points out the chicken coop adjacent to the garden, mentioning that chickens are allowed into the garden after harvest to eat vegetable scraps and seeds. He also shows the beehives and a small orchard where cows have recently grazed. The main focus is on the farm's evolution and the continuous effort to improve the land. He discusses the cost of land in his area (North Carolina) and invites viewers to share their local land costs.

Goal: The host introduces Stoney Ridge Farm, mentioning upcoming projects and current farm features like the garden plot, chicken coop, beehives, and orchard.
