FARM SECURITY LIGHTS TO DETER PREDATORS AND PEOPLE!!
What happens here
With the ladder safely positioned against the barn or shed, apply a piece of double-sided tape to the back of the solar light. Press the light onto the desired mounting surface. Use a 'Empire Level' to ensure the light is perfectly horizontal. Once aligned, use a 'DeWalt' cordless drill to drive two self-tapping screws through the designated holes in the light's casing and into the building's siding. The presenter notes that while the product usually comes with wood screws, he prefers self-tapping screws for this application. Ensure the solar panel is clear of any overhangs like eaves to maximize sun exposure.
Goal: Securely install a solar motion sensor light on the barn/shed.
