Installing the Inline Ratchet Strainer

What happens here

With the crimped loop prepared on the tension wire, attach the inline ratchet strainer. The strainer has internal holes and a winding mechanism. Thread the free end of the tension wire through the appropriate holes in the strainer, ensuring it's positioned correctly for future tensioning. The strainer's design allows for the wire to be progressively wound to increase tension.

Goal: Integrate the tensioning mechanism into the wire assembly
