Demonstration of Protected PTO Shaft

What happens here

The presenter moves to the red TYM T574 HST tractor connected to an ABI Classic Spreader. He explains that modern equipment, like this spreader, comes with a fully protected PTO shaft. He demonstrates how the PTO is engaged via an electronic push-button inside the cab, rather than a manual lever. The PTO shaft on this modern equipment has a plastic sleeve that covers the rotating components, significantly reducing the risk of entanglement. A safety chain also secures the sleeve to prevent it from rotating with the shaft.

Goal: Showcase modern PTO safety features and how they mitigate risks.
