EZ-Lock and Armorgard: Must-See Features for Your Jobsite! #shorts

What happens here

Once the hole is perfectly drilled and tapped, take the EZ-LOK solid wall threaded insert. Carefully align the insert with the newly threaded hole. Begin to thread the insert into the hole, rotating it clockwise. As the EZ-LOK insert is threaded into the tapped hole, a pre-applied Loctite compound coating on the insert will activate upon contact with the metal and the absence of air. Continue threading until the insert is fully seated and its top surface is flush or slightly below the surface of the metal. The Loctite will then begin its curing process, permanently fastening the insert in place, providing a strong and secure new thread. Allow sufficient time for the Loctite to cure before applying any load.

Goal: Securely and permanently install the EZ-LOK threaded insert into the metal material.
