Automated Wood Staining Application

What happens here

This step details the primary operation of the "EXPERT Professional Wood Care Paint & Stain Machine". An unstained piece of lumber, appearing to be a standard 2x4 or similar dimension, is fed horizontally into the machine. From an upper reservoir, the wood stain is seen dripping down onto the rotating rollers and brushes. As the lumber passes through, the machine's rollers pick up the stain and apply it uniformly, while the brushes ensure deep penetration and an even, consistent finish on all visible surfaces of the wood. An operator is shown briefly adjusting a flow control knob, implying the ability to regulate the stain application rate. The newly stained piece emerges with a complete and even coat.
