Clean Seal Bathtub Sealant EATS Mold

so I'm here with Nate it's sasco and Nate you have a lot to do with product development and marketing here at sashko uh you've given me an amazing tour of the facility and I've learned about multiple products I've never heard of and all of them amazing products I've learned about another product right here called clean sealed that's pretty fascinating to me and I want you to share a little bit about what's unique about this product um it says something about active enzyme cough right and so I'm always interested in enzymes and stuff you know for my health but this has something to do with not your health but you know maybe the health of your house so what what is clean sealed clean seal is an anti-mold product and there's a few environments where you're pretty used to seeing some growth happen right in the shower around the bathtub sometimes in in the backsplash on the kitchen and pretty much every caulking out there says mold proof guarantee all right right yeah and they pretty much all mold and it's it's because the mold is not necessarily growing on caulking it's growing on some sort of food source right so in the shower it's the oils from our body on in the kitchen it's it's you know greases and oils that are coming from cooking land seal well actually break those oils down basically turn them into a soap and the enzymes in here aren't used up like a lot of the things that kill mold right so it'll it'll basically prevent the mold from having any food to grow one pro tip which is important for you you can't Paint clean seal or else you'll cover up the enzymes right so it comes in white and it comes in an almond but but if you paint it you might as well have juice use any old coffee that that makes sense bathtubs inside the shower um around a toilet if you're caulking the toilets um you know backsplashes in the kitchen areas around your sink you could use it around there so is this a solvent based product or a water-based product it's water-based I mean we pretty much know the surfaces you're going to be putting it on right it's going to be a granite or a tile or a porcelain and it's going to have red adhesion all this so good adhesion um let me see if there's anything a no mold no mildew no scrubbing needed so um what does that refer to so you know when when you've got your shower you know you end up with a little pink line at the bottom where the caulking is a lot of times right we've seen that yeah pretty much everybody's seen that right that's bacteria that's growing down there and it's it's kind of gross right so so you get down there and you get some bleach and you scrub it well with this you don't have to do any of that so look if you don't want your your shower to look gross maybe clean Seal's the option that's true for you so um what's the the dry time on it you know I would probably wait two days before turning the shower on at the least two days yeah yeah you'd want to put it in when you're gonna go out on vacation or something like that because in a lot of applications you know backsplash you're not touching it no big deal but in the shower you're talking about a lot of water you're getting on it and since it is water-based you wanna you wanna leave some time for it to set up it's like all our products it's built to move right yeah in a shower environment you're standing on that you know you're putting a couple hundred pounds of force on that so it's got to move and and take that and so um the shelf life of the product is having active enzymes in there is there a shelf life to it uh all of our water-based products have a three-year shelf life okay and this this is in the same boat so now that those those enzymes don't get used up they don't deteriorate over time they stick around and so if I um only use half the two um is this tube um I can just seal the top of it and I can use it later on cool so it is clean seal um there's what uh one thing I just um really despise silicone caulking 100 silicone caulking this is not a silicone caulking I I hate silicone as much as you do right you can't paint it you can't repair it it's not clear there's there's a it doesn't move well we don't make any silicone as Ash go I'll try that's good to know good to know so there you have it it's clean seal um I think what I've learned about it amazing product I'm next time I caulk my shower my cabin which um needs to be off this is what I'm gonna be using so if you got any questions about clean seal um active enzyme caulk for kitchens and baths leave it down in the comment section below and I'm sure Nate would like to answer your questions I would answer your questions um and like we always say we'll see you right here on baitlive TV next time [Music] [Applause]
