What happens here

This project outlines the necessary steps for a comprehensive electrical renovation of an old apartment building, as described by an electrician during an initial assessment. It addresses significant safety hazards such as exposed and improperly run Romex wiring by proposing a complete re-routing of electrical lines, installation of new code-compliant outlets and light fixtures, and upgrading the service to include a dedicated 30 AMP circuit and disconnect for future HVAC systems. While the video showcases the problem and the scope of work, it does not provide direct DIY installation instructions. Performing such extensive electrical work typically requires professional certification and strict adherence to local electrical codes.

so I just had the landlord of this property call me and they said that they need some electrical work done at their new property that they just bought which is this property here's what the landlord said that needed some attention this area here and then you go in here and you see the kitchen but look at all this RX all this RX just like this and I think the previous tenant was living like this also guys the apartment doesn't have any HVAC air conditioning or heating so the previous tenant was just using a portable air conditioner out the window so I told the landlord that if you want to get HVAC in the building I'm going to have to run a line to the new condenser and that's going to be $1,000 upcharge because that's a 30 amp line so my job is to get all the Rox wire that's hanging on the ceiling back tucked neatly up to code everything working did I under bid or did I over bid on this job guys let me know in the comments
