Bull Floating

thank you this is called a Bull Float and The Bull Float goes right out through here see he's putting a little bit of weight on there with the rebar and that'll help smooth it out after this process and The Bull Float if you twist it pushes that way and then you twist it and it pulls back that way so after this process they'll come through with trowels and then they'll hand trowel everything all the way through
