Lifting and Securing the Main Fan Assembly

What happens here

After fixing the come-along, the team prepares to lift the main fan motor and hub assembly. They attach the come-along to a secure point on the I-beam above the mounting bracket. The heavy fan assembly is then carefully raised off the ground using the come-along, with Kevin and the host guiding it into position. They manually balance the fan assembly on the personnel lift and then secure it to the previously installed mounting plate with bolts.

Goal: Raise the fan motor and hub assembly and bolt it to the mounted support plate.
