What happens here

With the tractor running and the drag harrow attached, the presenter drives into the pasture. He lowers the Wingfield American drag harrow, initiating the overseeding process. The harrow's metal tines efficiently scratch the soil surface and dislodge the numerous ripe grass seeds from the dry, senescent plants. As the tractor traverses the field, the seeds are effectively distributed and pressed into the ground, enhancing seed-to-soil contact for optimal future germination. Multiple passes are made across the pasture to ensure comprehensive coverage, aiming for an even spread of seeds.
