Get ready with the blue collar worker. You wake up at 4:00 a.m. on the couch again for the third night and wonder why your back hurts so much. You look in the mirror and regret eating those six chili dogs the night before. Brush my teeth knowing that I'm about to drink coffee and smoke cigarettes all day. Go in the fridge to find there's nothing to eat. I'll probably just get some at the gas station. Maybe some whipped cream to start the day. Sounds good to me. This is where you sit and contemplate the day, drinking probably six to eight cups of coffee, and just stare at the wall. You'll likely sit here for an hour. Is it trash day? What's my boss going to have to say to me today? Here I'm contemplating even going to work. Stay the day I quit. I did just get that truck though. I got a lot of payments to make. Looks like I'm going in. Just another day.
