Day 2: Emergency Foundation repair

What happens here

Using a powerful rotary hammer drill with a large bit, carefully drill holes through the concrete block foundation wall from the inside of the garage. These holes serve as passages for the steel cables coming from the exterior deadmen. It is important to chip out the mortar around the entry and exit points of the cable to allow for a snug, straight fit and later to hide the cable within the mortar joint.

Goal: Create pathways for tensioning cables through the foundation
