What happens here
Following your plan, begin by installing the in-ground puck lights around the fire pit and the 'paver rug' area. For each light, dig a small, shallow trench (typically 6-12 inches deep, as low-voltage doesn't require deep burial) to lay the low-voltage wire. Place the puck lights at their designated spots, ensuring they are flush with or slightly recessed into the patio surface. Run the low-voltage wire through the trenches, connecting it to each puck light using waterproof connectors. Carefully backfill the trenches, ensuring the wire is protected. Repeat this process for all planned in-ground lights.
Goal: Place and wire in-ground lights around the fire pit and paver rug.
