Don a pair of gloves. Reach into the headlight assembly area under the hood. Locate the wiring harness connected to the headlight bulb and carefully disconnect it. Next, find the rubber boot covering the bulb and gently pull it off. This boot protects the bulb from moisture and dirt.
Goal: Access the headlight bulb by disconnecting its electrical connection and removing the protective boot.
