what we did is we took the knob off the end and we put it in an auto adjusting mechanism has a set screw once you set the pressure okay you can set it for medium clamp no matter what you clamp it's going to stay the same pressure okay so let's be very clear you set the pressure but you don't adjust it to the thickness of the material once you set the pressure if you want light pressure it'll clamp light if you want heavy pressure it'll clamp heavy but from that point forward you could clamp a piece of paper light or you could clamp a 2x4 light or heavy whatever you want no adjusting it after that correct I call it set and forget so 90% of the time I'm going to leave it at this setting okay and again different thicknesses same pressure right do the paper do that right there okay and Grill will do this Grill is amazing because the first thing I want to do is lead with this digital display it has an app that goes to your phone so you can monitor everything that's going on it has two probes so you can set the temperature to do two different zones and make sure your food is being cooked correctly okay so you have actual temperature probes for the meat this is we do there's more to this Grill trust me this it's not about there's more display is cool we have a retis that's included that's allow allows you to cook your meat to the right temperature I'm going to put this lid down quickly to show you it also has a glass lid okay and what's really cool about this is you can see exactly what's going on on the grill without having to lift it up to let that heat out so you have an oven that's created with that what's with this CC this is awesome here because we have a boil Zone built into here this Heats to 850° so you're able to sizzle your Stakes or do whatever you want there but well there's more you can also put a griddle in here we have a p stone that also can insert there as well but there's actually more than that so let me pull these out and just show you companies have LED lights it's very nice you can see if it's on or not y what's great about ours is it is designed to adjust to the temperature so I'm emulating this cuz we're inside here but when the Firebox heats up you can see the temperature here is going up in degrees and when we hit over 230° the light will change you're starting to see so you have a visual indicator now this also hits goes to your phone so you can be sitting in your living room you can look at the app on your phone you can look up the window we've gone green we've gone over 250° okay there you go 400 and it's it'll tap out at red so you know what heat you've got it at but we also have a great burner system beer it's proprietary it's brand new it's a convection burner that lets you heat fast heat consistency and with that uh you also have the uh the the ability to to have a even heat throughout the grill so you actually have a patent pending so now we've hit red this tells us that our Grill is ready to go over 500° now you actually have a patent pending stainless steel oh you got one out Loose right here now this is pan Penning and what this is the designed to do is not just allow the heat to radiate through it but to hold the heat turning this almost into a baker stove this will actually start at the at the front and work its way back it will turn red and it's radiant heat and it also because of
