On-Site Incident Assessment and Damage Inspection

What happens here

Upon arrival at the crash site, a commercial parking lot, the narrator finds the Volvo MC 115 C skid steer stationary, equipped with an Arctic Sectional plow. The operator, Sam, is standing outside the machine, confirming he is physically okay. Sam then explains that he was plowing when he unexpectedly struck a curb, causing the machine to jolt. He demonstrates how the impact slammed the plow's edge into the curb and describes hitting his head on the front windshield, which now shows a crack.

Goal: Understand the cause of the crash and inspect the resulting damage.
