What happens here
For a truly professional finish, extend your painting efforts to the ceiling fixtures. Often, air vents, light fixtures, and other ceiling-mounted accessories can yellow or accumulate dirt over time, contrasting sharply with a freshly painted ceiling. To address this, first clean the fixtures thoroughly. Then, apply a high-quality bonding primer, such as an 'Extreme Bonding Primer' in a spray can, to ensure excellent adhesion to various materials (metal, plastic). After the primer dries, use a handheld airless sprayer to apply the same flat ceiling paint used on the main ceiling. This will seamlessly blend the fixtures into the ceiling, creating a cohesive and polished look. If you are using a regular paint roller for the ceiling, you can still paint the fixtures with the same ceiling paint and a small brush or a small handheld airless sprayer.
Goal: Integrate ceiling vents and fixtures for a cohesive and professional finish
