Engage the Quick Coupler Pins

What happens here

With the Engcon system precisely positioned over the bucket, carefully lower the tiltrotator to engage the bucket's attachment pins. The quick coupler mechanism is designed to first engage with the front pin of the bucket. This step requires delicate control of the excavator's hydraulic functions to ensure a smooth, non-impactful connection. Once the front pin is securely seated within the coupler, continue to lower the Engcon system and make minor adjustments to its tilt until the rear pin of the bucket also aligns and slides into the quick coupler's rear jaw mechanism. The system is engineered to guide these connections automatically once proper alignment is achieved.
