Coloring your Spackle! #handy #tip #painter

a little hack for you today and that's adding colored line chalk to your spackle so when you're done spackling and the sparkle dries you know exactly where you spackle so you don't forget to sand it and prime it so all we do is just take a little bit of our spackle here I'm just going to add a little bit to a piece of cardboard that I have right here the mount that I think I'll probably use then I just got some blue line chalk right here I'll add a little blue line chalk to my spackle I'm just going to mix that up and then you can just put as much as you want to give it as much color as you want and then when I spackle my wall it's just gonna have a little bit of blue colorant to it so I know exactly where I went I don't need too much just a little bit you can see now that's starting to have a nice tint of blue added to it now I'll do my spackling and it's going to dry to a nice tint of blue and I won't forget where to where I to sand and where to Prime
